7 Inch Industrial TFT LCD Modules

Choose a 7-inch TFT LCD module by resolution, host interface, brightness and enclosure fit. Compare two 1000-nit configurations and a 400-nit 1280×800 option; their connectors, temperature limits and outlines differ.

Module selection for OEM equipment, not a finished monitor or plug-and-play display kit.

Luminance belongs to the exact listed configuration. It is not a finished-system sunlight-readability, sealing, EMC or safety certification. “No TP” means no integrated touch panel is documented.

Which 7-inch LVDS module should you shortlist?

1024×600 at 1000 nits

DS-T070BAHA-02 combines IPS with LVDS 6/8-bit, 40-pin. Review it when your UI requires 1024×600 and a high-brightness target. Its published operating range is −20 to 70 °C; do not apply the wider range of the 800×480 model.

800×480 with −30 to 85 °C operation

DS-T070SWHWA-01 is a separate 1000-nit IPS option with a 20-pin LVDS interface. Review the host mapping, larger outline and storage limit, rather than assuming compatibility with the 40-pin model.

1280×800 at 400 nits

DS-T070TISA-01 provides more pixels with 8-bit LVDS, 40-pin. Consider its documented 400 cd/m² when evaluating controlled-light equipment; do not present it as a 1000-nit outdoor configuration.

All three published models have no TP. A 7-inch capacitive-touch requirement is a model-specific engineering review, not a listed standard PCAP configuration. For sunlight-readable 7-inch equipment, review the complete installed optical stack.

Dimensions describe different bare-module or PCAP assemblies. Use the approved drawing for orientation, maximum depth, tolerances, FPC routing and protrusions; matching diagonal size is not proof of interchangeability.

Buyer questions

Are these 7-inch modules interchangeable?

No. Resolution, pin count, timing, outline, active area and temperature range differ. A shared diagonal size or LVDS interface does not establish drop-in compatibility.

Is a 7-inch 1000-nit LCD automatically sunlight readable?

No. Both 1000-nit models are optical-review candidates. Cover glass, reflected light, touch stack, UI contrast, viewing angle and thermal conditions must be checked in the finished equipment.

Can I download a datasheet or order a sample?

The product pages include mechanical reference images. Request the current datasheet, pinout, approved drawing and sample review through the model-specific enquiry; availability, revision and commercial terms are confirmed by the team.
