Bar Type TFT LCD Modules

Narrow IPS TFT LCD modules for enclosure-constrained embedded equipment. Compare the native 480×1280 and 400×1280 formats, MIPI host requirements and model-specific geometry—not large-format stretched advertising monitors.

Module selection for OEM equipment, not a finished monitor or plug-and-play display kit.

Luminance belongs to the exact listed configuration. It is not a finished-system sunlight-readability, sealing, EMC or safety certification. “No TP” means no integrated touch panel is documented.

Two narrow formats, different integration boundaries

6.8 inch · 480×1280 · 450 nits

DS-T068BZSA-01 uses a 4-lane MIPI, 40-pin interface. The module-list outline is stated long-side × short-side × depth; confirm orientation and protrusions against the drawing before designing the opening.

7.8 inch · 400×1280 · 600 nits

DS-T078VYRA-01 also uses a 4-lane MIPI, 40-pin interface, with a published active area of 59.40×190.08 mm. Neither product has an integrated touch panel documented.

Both resolutions are documented in a native portrait-format order. A landscape UI needs confirmed host/software rotation and the intended physical mounting direction. The MIPI interface name and 40-pin count do not prove identical mapping or initialization.

These 450- and 600-nit configurations should not be described as 1000-nit sunlight-readable products. Discuss additional brightness or touch needs through engineering feasibility review.

Dimensions describe different bare-module or PCAP assemblies. Use the approved drawing for orientation, maximum depth, tolerances, FPC routing and protrusions; matching diagonal size is not proof of interchangeability.

Buyer questions

Are these stretched bar LCD modules complete signage monitors?

No. They are small native-interface TFT LCD modules for equipment integration. A controller, software, power system, enclosure and any touch assembly are separate project decisions.

Does the 40-pin connector mean the two MIPI panels are compatible?

No. Confirm the exact lane mapping, pinout, rails, timing, reset and initialization sequence for each model.

Is a touch or 1000-nit version listed?

No. The two published configurations list no TP and luminance of 450 and 600 cd/m² respectively. Requested changes require a model-specific feasibility review.
