TFTWorks is an industrial TFT LCD selection and engineering website operated by Guangdong Dexing Microelectronics Co., Ltd. This policy applies to information handled through tftworks.com, including the project-review form and direct business communications started from this website.

The website is intended for OEM engineers, project teams and industrial buyers. It does not currently provide user accounts, online checkout or payment processing.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the project-review form, we receive the information you enter. Depending on what you choose to provide, this can include:

• Your name, business email address and company.
• Application, target display size, resolution, interface, touch requirements and operating environment.
• Project details, quantity or other technical and commercial context included in your message.
• The source page associated with the inquiry.

If you contact us by email or choose the WhatsApp link, we receive the contact details, message content and files you send through that channel. The website form itself does not accept file uploads.

Information generated by website use

Website delivery, security and analytics services can process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, language, approximate region and interaction or session data. The exact data depends on your browser, settings and the service involved.

3. How we use information

We use information received through the website to:

• Review display requirements and respond to the inquiry you initiated.
• Discuss engineering fit, samples, customization, quotations and project follow-up.
• Operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the website and inquiry workflow.

4. Project inquiries and direct communications

The project-review form sends your submission to our business email workflow for review by the relevant team. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and limits the length of submitted fields. Form responses are sent with instructions that prevent browser or intermediary caching.

You can also contact us at mkt@diseaelec.com. If you choose to communicate through WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Analytics and cookies

TFTWorks currently uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-1B9W31M32S to understand how pages are used. Google Analytics can receive first-party cookie identifiers, page and referral information, session and interaction data, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location derived from network information. Google processes IP addresses during collection according to its service documentation; raw IP addresses are not provided to us in Google Analytics reports.

Cookie duration can be affected by browser controls, deletion or future configuration changes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not prevent access to the core website content.

6. Hosting, delivery and security

TFTWorks is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare can process request and network information—including IP address, user agent, requested URL and security signals—to deliver content, maintain performance and help protect the website from abuse. 7. Service providers and disclosures

Information can be processed by providers that support the website and business communication, including:

• Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery and security.
• Google Analytics for website measurement.
• Email infrastructure used to deliver and respond to project inquiries.
• WhatsApp only when you choose that communication channel.

We can also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the website or users, investigate abuse, or establish and defend legal rights. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable contractual arrangements.

8. International processing

TFTWorks serves international business users. Our company and service providers may process information in countries different from the country where you are located. Privacy laws and protections can differ by location. Where required, the relevant organization is responsible for applying an appropriate transfer mechanism or other safeguard.

9. Retention

Inquiry and communication records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to review and support the project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the project and the nature of the communication. Analytics data is retained according to the settings applied in Google Analytics and Google's service rules.

10. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also withdraw a request or stop communicating with us. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational measures intended to protect website and inquiry information, including encrypted HTTPS delivery, anti-spam controls and security services. No website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. External links, children and changes

The website contains links to external services and resources. Their privacy practices are controlled by their operators, not by this policy. TFTWorks is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy when the website, service providers or data practices change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of the page show the current version.
